Dear all,
Bancroft Global has managed complex projects in conflict zones across three continents for more than 15 years and is now composed of three distinct entities: Bancroft Global Development US, Bancroft Foundation and Bancroft Global Management. Bancroft Global Development is a multinational, not-for-profit nongovernment organization that implements stabilization initiatives in conflict zones. Bancroft Foundation and Bancroft Global Management have been founded recently and will operate from the center of Europe (Switzerland and Liechtenstein).
The current website lacks in design, up-to-date information on entities, projects and services, a clear user experience and a go-to-market-strategy.

What needs to be covered during the project?
– Logo/Brand will remain, redesign of Website only; looking for state-of-the-art Website
– Concrete design recommendations and implementation; ensure an increased user experience
– In addition to redesign of website: Development of go-to-market strategy, incl. definition of current and potential stakeholders, digital marketing strategy (e.g. on additional platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.); We want be both servicing our current customers and attracting new ones. Who can be an additional target group?
– Content needs to be provided by Bancroft (Projects, Photos, Services, …); additional recommendations on content is highly welcomed
– Potential offer to support in the creation of content also in the future
