How It Works: Employer
1. Publish a project
Register and complete your profile in a few steps.
Create your project by describing your specific needs, the required skills and your budget.
Post it and make your project visible to our community of freelancers.
2. Choose a freelancer
You will receive offers from freelancers with skills that match your needs.
Compare freelancers by their rating and reviews on other projects they worked and choose your favourite.
You can also chat with freelancers to fine-tune the final details.
3. Work efficiently
Once you accept the offer, a workspace between you and freelance will open to communicate and exchange files. This way, you stay in touch with your freelancer to make sure the project moves forward accordingly.
In parallel, you receive an invoice with the agreed amount. ZebraSkill will keep this amount as a deposit for the freelancer during the life of the project.
4. Finalize your project
Once you believe the project is completed, click on "Finish Project".
Review the work done by your freelancer.
The final invoice will be sent to you. This will take into account any modifications to the previously agreed-on budget.
