We are a well established language school, incorporated as a SA since 2020, but started our activities in 2005.
We are active throughout Switzerland, with a physical school in Geneva, near Corvavin, over 65 language trainers teaching our students all over the country, and a dozen abroad covering international clients. We also work with 3 international relocation companies.
We teach private and group lessons, in person or online, in Geneva, the rest of Switzerland and abroad.
We are an official FIDE test center in 4 cities: Geneva, Lausanne, Neuchatel and Basel.
We are ISO 9000 certified (EduQua) and will soon accept educational vouchers, which will broaden the scope of our client base (now mainly expats and their families).
We are also participating to various tenders to become the principal language school of major NGOs in Geneva.
We have very innovative projects in the pipeline as well, that will be launched in the fall of 2022.
We need funding or a short tem loan because as we have more than quadrupled in size in a couple of years so we are short on cash.
We need someone who can help promote our business and find funding through a short tem loan, private equity funding or even crowdfunding against a percentage of the company and/or dividends.
