I started my career as a textile engineer in the development of textile machines and subsequently completed a degree in industrial engineering with a focus on marketing.
I am comfortable in all areas of marketing and have a wide range of skills: whether it is concept development, planning and creation of communication with external partners, or product definition and technical specifications.
My experience in project management was gained as organizer of events. As an organizational talent, I have had the pleasure of organizing numerous market launches, large and small international trade fairs and symposia, and always completed these projects on time and within budget. This included up to four running textile machines and 80 people as booth staff.
Although I am a person with a high level of creativity and power of implementation, I also have a strong analytical side, as I have two engineering degrees. Further education in public relation editing and social media marketing are completing my skills.
As editor-in-chief for three different customer magazines, I created and edited technical content and explained software solutions. My analysis of reading habits with mail chimp lead to a digitalisation project: a blog was set up instead of printing the customer magazine. The marketing of the blog was supported with newsletter marketing, social media campaigns, animations and green screen video creation.
