I am a Career Coach focussing on Mental Health in Career Transition. After almost 20 years in IT consulting I made a complete career shift into HR and eventually Coaching a few years ago.
For the last 4,5 years I have been working very intensely as an Outplacement consultant and mostly with C-level individuals and groups. I am also a trainer and facilitator and I love to enable and inspire people to challenge the status quo.
My coaching style is based on trust, authenticity and creating a safe environment for my clients. What people appreciate most about me is my presence, empathy and vulnerability in addition to being very structured.
Since 2 years I am heavily integrating Mental Health into my work and I run bootcamps and programs for leadership teams and individuals.
